ONLINE COACHING
You must be at least 18 years of age and not pregnant at time of purchase.
Upon purchasing a package, your initial consultation date will be set. You will receive your program within 5 days of your consultation. Your coaching period starts the next day.
To re-schedule an in-office consultation, a 48-hour notice is required. If you fail to reschedule in advance and can't attend your consultation, you may switch to a phone consultation at the scheduled timing, or send your check in via email for that week and will receive feedback within 2 days.
To re-schedule a phone consultation, a 24-hour notice is required. If you fail to re-schedule in advance you may send your check-in via email for that week and will receive feedback within 2 days.
Communication with your coach will be in accordance to your chosen package. While we love when you tag and share your progress with us on social media, no coaching or replying to inquiries related to your program will be done through social media channels.
You may purchase an online coaching package and set a later start date by scheduling your initial consultation at your preferred later date. Once you have received your program no freezing or pausing of coaching package is allowed.
Your program is for personal use only, sharing your program with anyone else is not permitted.
ONE-TIME SERVICES

One-time services do not include any meal guides or further follow-ups. If you have any inquiries in the future you may schedule a follow-up consultation when needed.

All sales are final, no refunds or returns accepted.
No additional follow-ups, consultations or services are included in this purchase.
Programs are not suitable for pregnant ladies and those under 18 years of age.

LIFE COACHING
Life coaching clients should be at least 21 years of age.
Life coaching services offered are not a replacement for therapy or medical attention when needed.
Life coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health illnesses.
Sessions include discussion of your overall lifestyle and wellbeing, but do not include any
specific nutrition or training services.
