Intensive Coaching Package

This package is designed for those who need an extra level of support and help staying accountable and includes daily check-ins and unlimited  consultations.

Initial one hour phone consultation upon joining to address client's concerns and goals as well as conducting a nutrition and lifestyle assessment.

Nutrition: customized meal guide or flexible dieting coaching.

Training: customized training program either at home or gym program. Weekly form review and feedback to ensure optimal training results.

Lifestyle: recommended lifestyle improvements.

Daily check-ins: daily WhatsApp communication, Sunday to Thursday for maximum support and guidance throughout your coaching. 

Consultations: unlimited additional phone consultations to be scheduled as needed.
