Nutrition Coaching Package

Initial one hour phone consultation upon joining to address client's concerns and goals as well as conducting a nutrition and lifestyle assessment.

Nutrition: customized meal guide or flexible dieting coaching.

Lifestyle: recommended lifestyle improvements.

Follow-ups: weekly follow-ups via tracking sheet and Whatsapp. 

One additional phone consultation per month to be scheduled as needed during the coaching period. (1 additional consultation for 1 month coaching, 3 additional consultations for 3 month coaching).
